Plan PlanT
Designers create 2-3 floor plans based on the actual layout
3D Rendering Design
After the floor plan is confirmed, the style required by the structural owner will begin the production of 3D renderings.
Construction drawing
Draw the construction drawings according to the final renderings, with a drawing period of 15 working days.
Selection of materials
Split out the detailed material list and quotation list according to the renderings and construction drawings.

1. From confirmation to the first design draft typically takes 3-5 working days. The exact timing may vary based on the design’s complexity, the designer’s current workload. and other factors. We will provide an estimated completion time after our designer contacts you.
2. Due to capacity and resource constraints, we do not offer interior finishing services.
3. After sending you the initial draft, our designers will make one round of revisions based on your feedback. We will then provide you with the final version of the design
